As soon as you add it. This is the roaming package you want? It activates right away but is only good in U.S.

Did you choose the 15$ add-on? Did you put the money in your account and after choose the add-on? Can you see it on your first page of your self-serve account?

@dennis77fox; can you confirm for us, what you need...are you wanting to call US from Canada or are you needing service while in US (called 10 day US Roaming Add-on).
