    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello! I recently signed up to Public Mobile and transferred a number from Bell. After activating my SIM and paying for my first month, I received a text saying that there was a problem transferring me over to Public Mobile - I am assuming with transferring my phone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I went on the bot chat and he told me to contact the mods. I am not exactly sure where to contact them, unless I am supposed to just pick one and message him. So I am posting here in hopes of getting this figured out a little faster!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it.
