      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/48640"&gt;@Tajinder&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;please note that&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/36870"&gt;@LEGO&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/39138"&gt;@GreatCanadian&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;have nailed the two most likely issues:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Your phone may not be compatible with Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; If you post the brand and model (please be as specific as possible with the model number), we can help check.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Your phone may be locked to another network.&amp;nbsp; If you bought it from a carrier other than Telus or Koodo, and prior to Dec 2017, it is almost certainly locked to that network and needs to be carrier unlocked to use with Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; You will need to contact that original provider and ask them for an unlock code.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
