Refund for 400 min Intl Long Distance?

I recently purchased the long distance addon not knowing that all countries were not included. I was attempting to call the Philippines and got the "Talk is not a part of your plan" or something like that from the PM automated attendant. If I had known that only 18 countries were included with the addon (shouldn't this be stated on the addon page?) I would not have purchased it.

Is it possible to get a refund for this? (I am fine with the credit being put on PM account.) I wasn't actually able to make any international call.

hope you can get the money back. seems like an honest mistake
