Moderator Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am(Eastern) to 12 am(Eastern) and Saturday, and Sunday from 8 am(Eastern) to 10 pm(Eastern).

Please allow 48 hours for response to your inquiry...but usually much less.

Offical moderator wait time is up to 48 hours. But it may longer if they are busy.

I think they are busy at the moment. I send a private message to the moderator_team 47 hours ago and I am still waiting.

Hours and days of week given by @hairbag1 . They work every day of year including holidays.

Member can check the following link on how many moderators are online at any moment. The member name with this next to the name is moderator.
