    <description>&lt;P&gt;I hate this too, sorry about your troubles. you have to message a moderator &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt; since the forumn users have no ability to go inside your account / deal with these types of issues.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, I am still waiting for a reply after giving my info to the Moderator yesterday.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have managed to reinstate my service by using a different credit card. No idea why the original quit working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
