    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are an old customer data stops when it is used up. If you are a new customer you need to set up your Apn.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are on a 3g plan and just had a renewal, the data might not have reset (this bug may have been fixed already)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So depending on your situation different approaches will need to be taken.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
