      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just activated my account and the SIM card is now frozen I wrote to the&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; 3 times now , How do I get my card un frozen , It says contact provider , Thats very hard through this system not sure I like this , price was good but I guess we sacrifice service , Is it possible to reactivate the SIM card or do I need to buy a new one .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just tried to Call Bell and the phone number is no longer registered with Bell , I also tried in a new phone I bought off ebay&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You are correct that is exactly what happened the phone was locked and after I put the wrong code in BELL&amp;nbsp; actually froze the phone and , Then refused to help me un freeze it , I solved the issue with the purchase of a new phone&amp;nbsp; , And trust me it was the most frustrating situation&amp;nbsp; , I spent hours on hold and when I went to the Bell store they were useless , actually down right rude !!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
