      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to re-activate my account.&amp;nbsp; Topped up my account with money (not on prepay) clicked the tab to re-activate my account.&amp;nbsp; Nothing.&amp;nbsp; Tried to do the lost/Stolen phone trick and didn't work.&amp;nbsp; Been day and half now waiting for my account to activate.&amp;nbsp; Don't know what to do next.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help plz.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's not my account, it's my husbands.&amp;nbsp; If a mod can message me I can give account information.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
