i have public mobile for about 6 months now, my plan includes unlimited international texting. I have been unable to send and receive international texts. I have tried rebooting the phone and still not able to to send and receive internional texts. I have the iphone 5c. please help. thank you

Regular text work correct?

Are you using imessages? That requires data

How are you formatting the number ie + country code number ie +39telnumber 39 is for italy

Not sure why you would not receive sms though. Did they enter your number correctly +1(areacode)telnumber

@NISH_thegreat Suggestions:

a) login to your account and confirm the correct plan is showing,

b) turn off iMessage to force all messages to go as SMS and try sendiing some messages,

c) do you have cellular data and roaming ON,

d) try using +1 with the international number,

e) go to Settings >> General >> About: if a carrier update is offered install it.

Let us know the results to direct you further.

BTW: once you get sorted, the best settings for messaging with an iPhone are:

Settings >> Messages >> iMessage ON, Send as SMS ON, MMS ON >> Send & Receive should show your PM number and Apple id email.
