Changing plans mid-plan

Hi there,

My plan just renewed (I am on autopay) but I was hoping to change it and ran out of time. The package is exactly the same price but it has different features. When I pick my new plan, it says I have to pay the full amount or wait until my next renewal which is 90 days from now. Is there any way to change plans without having to pay the full amount? Can it be pro-rated since my plan just renewed one day ago? Thanks!

If you can wait until the next renewal just select change at renewal. If you want to change now you will have to contact the mods via private message

I need to correct you on this. Customers can choose when to change to a new plan without moderator team intervention prior to completion of an existing plan. We can choose to do it immediately or future date the change to the next renewal. If we do decide to do an immediate change, services paid for but not used will be forfeited as prepaid service does not provide refunds. Note that customers with accounts in suspension cannot make plan changes without contacting the moderator team. Suspended accounts can only be renewed on the existing plan by the customer.

Thanks @will13am I realize my wording could be confusing to future readers. I left out the option of doing an immediate change on self serve because the OP was asking how they change the plan without being charged again
