    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have autopay set up for my phone, and my payment was due yesterday. I recieved a text from Public Mobile today informing me that the payment did not go through. Moments later I recieved another text telling me to ignore that message, because everything worked out. However, I now have no service. The payment was not taken from my credit card. How do I fix this problem? I imagine it requires help from live customer support, but it seems like Public Mobile doesn't have that anymore.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just had the same problem, I had to&amp;nbsp;set up autopay with a different credit card. Now everything is up and running again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
