Retrieving Text Messages

Hi,

Would it be possible to retrieve all the text messages that I have sent up to date to others and those that I have received from others up to date from public mobile online? If yes, how and from where can they be retrieved?

They are not stored on my device, because I have already deleted them.

Unless you had backed them up to your Google account for example then they are pretty much lost forever. Public mobile does have a record of texted numbers but barring a court order this is not something a customer can request. You can go back 30 days in your daily usage pages in your self serve account for a record of the phone numbers that have been texting back and forth.

They are available for the past 90 days through your usage history under self serve.

Tap "view my usage", then manually enter the time period from the last 90 days that you wish to search.

There you'll see text time, sender, receiver, however not the actual text content.
