Embridge changed their phone number to #2030.... but I can't dial this number on my PM phone....help!

Calling a number such as that really is just for added convenience, but a company is always going to have a reuglar phone number as well. The toll free number was mentioned earlier, and I'm ceratin that they also have some non-adveertized local phone numbers in some cities that will also route you to customer service.

Not sure where you got the #2030 from, but on their website they have both their general line number (1-877-362-7434), and their emergency line number Call 1-866-763-5427.

I'm thinking this #2030 is just a social media hashtag that you can use on twitter and other social media apps, and they'll reply when you use it. But looking through the website I don't see this #2030 number anywhere.

@tomsychau Calling Enbridge, eh? There are plenty of warning online about calling #2030 and being charged $4.99 after.
