Unable to play the messages other left for me. Even though I followed the automated instructions to press "11" many times, there's no re-play. Not to mention that I was not allowed to play the voice mail even the first time.

Please advise and fix.

@Marrida22 You need to press and hold 1 not 11.

".....to reply the message, press one, one." This is what I heard.

True, previously I only had to press "1" one time and was able to retrieve my vm.

You can check your Voicemail in two ways:

• From your phone dial your phone number or press and hold 1, enter your password and follow the prompts.

• From a land line or other mobile phone dial your phone number, press Star key (*), then enter your password and follow the prompts.

What if you test leaving a message for yourself and make sure you say something for the test message?
