Is there an option plan to just have unlimited text and that's it?

Yes, you can go to the plans page, check under "Build your own plan", and select "International" under the texting column. $20 for 30 days or $55 for 90 days.

It seems kinda pointless when you can get $25 30 day Unlimited Talk and Text. But I suppose if you never actually send/receive voice calls then you shouldn't spend (waste) the extra $5.

And there's $10 30 day Limited Talk and Text, assuming 50 texts is enough for you (whether or not you ever use the 50 minutes voice calling).

It's written it's unlimited incoming and 50 international texts. Does that mean unlimited local/province texts? It's not very clear.

It means you can receive an unlimited amount of texts, but you can only send 50 texts.
