      <description>&lt;P&gt;insert your PM SIM into the phone, in the phone &amp;nbsp;settings- make sure the SIM is ON, reset the phone completely. Go to the PM website and create your account as they ask, after everyhting should work&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It works here (3G only maybe? iirc). LG phones may need a full factory reset.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
