    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently changed my plan at the begining of April (500 MB to 1GB data, same $30/month price) , and it seems I was charged twice 30 dolllars with one of the charges labelled "system issue". Also it seems my rewards are no longer being applied. You'll need to contact the mods for the rewards being missed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
