      <title>Mod no response to PM?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So is there any particular widespread outage again?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I emailed Mods on Thursday and no response yet, not even a "validate your account" request&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;System is down tomorrow (5th) and renewal is soon (10th) so trying to get fixed before hand&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Perhaps the moderator workload could have been lessened if there was timely notification to customers on what to do for issues that affect a number of customers and that are being dealt with in bulk.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
