Log in to your self-serve, click on Change Plan, select a plan, choose when to change, put in money if you want it now...done.

Public Mobile is self-service. You can change your plans via self service account. You can either change plans immediately or at your next renewal date. If you change immediately, you will lose whatever is left in your original plan.

You can login to self-serve in order to change your plan. It quick and easy. You have an option to change plan instantly or at end of next billing cycle.
