Hello

Can anybody help me retrieve my call log from my August 2017 period? I am looking for a specific number that I called. Any help would be greatly appreciated

@mibs000 You can log in to your account self-serve and then go to View Usage and then choose the date. Moreover, for that long time

How long until a moderator replies?:

Office Hours: Mon-Friday 9am to 9pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 9am to 7:30pm [Toronto Time].

Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on message queue, but can be up to 48 hours.
There is no need to send multiple messages.

That is correct. Sadly, you cannot get the history of more than 3 months.
