When purchasing a Voucher and my payment is say expected to be $180, do I buy a Voucher for that amount or that amount plus taxes to be redeemed later through my account?

The value of the voucher needs to be equal to (or more if you're buying set amounts) the required payment amount. Taxes will be charged on top of that.

Real Time payments (also vouchers) are directly applied to the service via your phone number. The standard vouchers you enter into self-serve via your web browser or 611 on your phone.
