    <description>&lt;P&gt;The value of the voucher needs to be equal to (or more if you're buying set amounts) the required payment amount.&amp;nbsp; Taxes will be charged on top of that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Real Time payments (also vouchers) are directly applied to the service via your phone number.&amp;nbsp; The standard vouchers you enter into self-serve via your web browser or 611 on your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
