      <title>$15 100mins Plan inactive  shortly after activation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I activated $15 100min plan. Used it for half of the day. Spent about 18mins of talk time . By the evening, the plan is no longer active. I cannot make or recieve calls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my plan due date is may 30th. is this normal?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Plan &amp;amp; Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.&lt;BR /&gt;See what happens.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
