Is it a location thing? The service in the building I work in is bad, to the point where if my phone is on the right of my computer I can get calls, but on the left, calls don't come through.

Some clarification is needed. Was the phone that you lost on Public Mobile? The account that is active and paid, is that the same account that the new iPhone and new SIM card are on? Did you change the SIM card info on your account i.e. did you activate the new SIM card on your account?

Hi, did you go on your self serve account to register the new SIM card already?

If you've done that and still not receiving service, try toggle on lost phone on and off and see if anything changes.

Otherwise, try and contact the moderators to complain.
