      <description>&lt;P&gt;There were service related issues last week but they have been resolved. Try using another phone if you have one or switch slot if you have a second one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You could try putting a small piece of tape over the SIM card to improve the connection. I personally do it at least once in a 24 hour period&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
