Hello there,

I wanted to change my 32$ plan with 35$ one a few days ago. But I am charged 39.55$ while It is still on the 32$ plan i.e charged more for the same plan, I am wondering Why?

I have paid 39.55$ for the new service and I want its service. could you please change it for me?

You were charged Tax > $35 + $4.55 Tax = $39.55 Total

I know but I am still using the 32$ plan service. I mean my previous plan has not chnged

If you were charged for the new plan, but it is still shows as your old one you will need to send a private message to a Moderator_Team, they will help you!
