Some of my add-on features have turned off.

I use to have three way calling and call waiting but it is no longer working anymore. I haven't made any changes to my plan. I have missed a lot of calls due to this and it has been a huge inconvienience. Please help.

@Lingam, the features you are referring to are still part of the calling function. The knowledge base has not changed. Have you changed phones or dialer app recently?

@LingamWhat type of phone do you have. Maybe Call waiting has been disabled on your dialer app?
