My payment card expired and I have tried to renew it. But I receive a message 'card update failed'.

Try using chrome, incognito to log in the self account, if still cannot renew your card, just send message to MOD team in following link, someone will reply you within 48 hours.

have you tried getting rid of your old expired info first I know I had to before I could put my new card info in also try ingognito mode

PM credit/debit card edit function does not work.

1. Delete the old credit/debit card entry

2. Restart your browser

3. Add your credit/debit card info again.

Try removing your CC from your account and then re-adding it with new expiry date.
