      <title>Account Suspended Even Though I Have Remaining Balance</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So i just got a SIM card from wow mobile and since i am an international student i dont have my canadian credit card yet so i bought some vauchers. The first time i tried to activate my SIM card something went wrong and it didnt register my vouchers. Now i checked my account and it says Account suspended, i tried to reactivate the account but all it did was take my vouchers and put them in my balance. My amount due is 0 dolars but my plan is expired. Now i have 150 dolars sitting in my balance and cant do anything with it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
