      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had my phone up and running and activated however the data wouldn't work and now all of a sudden it says no service and my phone won't text or dial out, as of I have no plan at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The data not working could be your APN settings. Did you setup the APN settings for PM after activating?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That would not cause a total loss of service though&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Looks like you just joined Public Mobile. Am I right?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If there was no data from the beginning, try to setup APN network&amp;nbsp;and see if it resolves your problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please, create a new Public Mobile APN, don’t edit an existing one, reboot after.&lt;BR /&gt;Please, read this:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Setting-up-Data-APN-on-your-phone/ta-p/205906" target="_self"&gt;click here&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;--------------------------------------------------------&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is outgoing network problem in British Colombia.
