      <title>Plan Add on US Roam</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a 10 day add on plan back in the fall of 2018. &amp;nbsp;I was only in the US for about 4 days. &amp;nbsp;When I look at my plans and &amp;nbsp;add owns it still says it is active. &amp;nbsp;I thought it expired after 10 days? &amp;nbsp;Is this a mistake and is it expired after 10 days or do I still have days left her I wasn’t ther long enough to use up the full time.?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could be a glitch as suggested by &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/48399"&gt;@dabr&lt;/a&gt; . Are you certain it's a US Roaming Add-on and not a 200 Minute US &amp;amp; Canada Long Distance Add-on. As you know, the US Roaming Add-on expires 10 days after you purchase it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 200 minute US &amp;amp; Canada Long Distance Add-on doesn't expire until you use it up....but you must be IN CANADA to use it. Some folks confuse the two (like me initially).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you take a screen shot of your "My Data &amp;amp; Add-ons".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
