Moderators cannot provide you with this code. When a phone asks for something specifically called the "sim network unlock PUK", this means that your phone is locked to another carrier.

Phones normally first ask for the "Sim netowrk unlock PIN" to unlock the phone. The "Sim network unlock PUK" is asked for when the first code has been attempted too many times to unlock the phone. Only the carrier that this phone originally came from, the manufacturer, or unlock code sellers can help you with this.

After using the proper "Sim network unlock PUK" code, you will then be able to use the proper "Sim network unlock PIN". Only after that, will you be able to use your device at Public Mobile.
