    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just keep in mind that each time you reboot your phone, at least with Android (mine is 8.1) that setting reverts back to automatic and has to be changed back to manual again...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I just ignore and manual select PM. The US border is just a 5 minute drive to the south of Hwy 3.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Look for your mobile network options. Remove automatic.
