I simply found a slightly better offer elsewhere. What kind of payment would I have to make? Simply a plan?

I let my plan lapse 2 days ago as I was switching to another carrier. My account says my account shouldn't expire till July, but when I called my new carrier to get my old number moved, they said it has already expired. Is there no way to get my old number?

I think if you make a payment to reactivate your account then you will be able to port it.

Sorry to hear you are leaving. Why are you leaving if you don't mind me asking

My understanding is you have to make a payment of the plan you had when it went into suspension to reactivate the account

So mods can change your plan while in suspension but to change your plan with self serve you need to activate the old plan then you can change your plan yourself?

You're going to reactivate your Public Mobile service on a plan. A phone number cannot be transfered to another wireless. So you'll have to make a payment to reactive the plan that you were on at Public Mobile. If you would like get the Public Mobile plan to something less expensive just for the purposes of getting it reactivated, you will need to contact a moderator.
