      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it down for everyone or just me?&amp;nbsp; The list of plans is missing replaced by a wall of words.&amp;nbsp; Try more options results in jiberish.&amp;nbsp; I know the maintenance window is technically not over until 10am.&amp;nbsp; The self serve is already up and running.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have narrowed down the problem to my phone only.&amp;nbsp; I tried on my computer and it works fine.&amp;nbsp; On the phone, no matter what browser I use, selecting desktop site, etc. the plan list does not display.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
