      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10168"&gt;@jellybean&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;honestly, I'm not sure I'd suggest you do this.&amp;nbsp; I know that the Telus option is more expensive and you are a non-profit with slim operating margins.&amp;nbsp; But, in some ways, you do get what you pay for.&amp;nbsp; You probably need immediate assistance should anything go wrong, and with Public Mobile, it doens't work that way.&amp;nbsp; The support model is actually fairly efficient overall but when busy, the wait time for moderator assistance, plus the back-and-forth messaging can be frustrating.&amp;nbsp; If this is a mission-critical phone number, I'd recommend you pay the extra and stick with the first tier Telus where you will definitely get better support and less buggy systems.&amp;nbsp; This is my humble opionin but I wanted&amp;nbsp;to present some food for thought.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
