Can't set up my voicemail number

I've change phone and SIM card. Since then, I can't register my voicemail number. Can someone help me please. I have a Samsung neo S5.

Thanks but that doesn't work. I get an error message. It says voicemail number set up failed.

@JILL28K, the voice mail number is issued by the network. The phone dialer should be able to pick it up automatically. If it isn't able to do that, then manually enter it. If you provide the city that you are located in, members here can tell you what the local voice mail number is.

You can take a look at this list of phone numbers posted by a Moderator if you need to get the right access number:
