I sent the moderator my koodo information so they could port my number. How long does it take for them to do that?

@oliverwcollins They are very bust right now so it may take a few days for them to respond. The actual porting takes between a few minutes and a couple hours.

It's hard to say, depending what is your situation at, there's somone said the longest days was 7 days!

Unfortunately, if reports that I've seen are true, I believe that there have been times that it took substantially longer than 7 days. Back in late 2016, there were problems that would take a couple of weeks to fix, although I am uncertain if that was total resolution time or just for first contact.
