      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! I paid my mensual plan this morning. When I’m looking through my account everything is fine but I cannot place any call (it says I’m not registered to that service) I can’t send any text messages. Some people tried to reach me but they can’t...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I turned off and on again my phone but it didn’t help. thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
