      <title>Issues with billing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why have I been double billed for opening a new account.&amp;nbsp; Once on March 11th for $30.51, and then on March 15th for $25.99.&amp;nbsp; I need to pay my Visa bill tomorrow and do not wish to pay both amounts, not to mention niether one is the correct one for may $25.00 plan.&amp;nbsp; What am&amp;nbsp;I to do?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Total for November 2018 is&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; $ 127.68.&amp;nbsp; In August it was $ 124.32, and May $ 121.43. I have 3 discounts: loyalty $ 3, Auto pay: $ 6.00 and refer a freind $ 3.00. I PM'ed mods on Friday and zero response ( that's another issue....what happened to timely support?)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
