      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to add when porting from Rogers, make sure to remove the hyphens when entering the account number.&amp;nbsp; Do not enter the account number as it appears on the bill.&amp;nbsp; Including hyphens will result in porting failure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
