    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/44649"&gt;@lampronpierre&lt;/a&gt;, I want to confirm what you mean by your account has been deactivated.&amp;nbsp; If payment goes into arrears, the account goes into suspension.&amp;nbsp; Suspension can be lifted after payment is made.&amp;nbsp; However, if an account is left in the suspended state for greater than 90 days, the account is deactivated and there is no way of restoring the account.&amp;nbsp; You would need to start all over by getting a new SIM card and activating a new account.&amp;nbsp; Has your payment been in arrears by greater than 90 days?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
