The person when signing up has to enter your phone number when they sign up. She signed up two weeks before you. You could have used her number as a referral but then she'd get the discount not you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My question is, am I eligible for the referal bonus since she signed up first but I was the one introduced it to her?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The person has to put your number in when they activate their account. So probably not unless they make exceptions; you'd have to ask a mod&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/16001"&gt;@ShawnC13&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;mentions, yes, must be completed at signup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When a friend of mine attempted to sign up days folllowing my sign-up, the referal failed as my ported in phone number was not in the allowed list of 'PM Phone Numbers'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I asked for the referal to be added, the moderators were unable to add, as they have no tool to do so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, my number has been added to the list, so all referals afterwards have been added properly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;FYI, I checked with the Mods and they said.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"It's an issue that can happen (it will give an error message when your referee is entering your number in the activation form) as it's possible that&amp;nbsp;there was an issue with the porting or a glitch and the number was not yet in the Public Mobile list of active users.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, usually it works right away and there is&amp;nbsp;no time required to have your number recognize as eligible to refer friends&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" border="0" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&amp;nbsp;"&lt;/P&gt;</description>
