Could be your phone, or SIM or PM causing the problem.

Two things to check before you contact mod_team for resolution.

1. Check your account to see if your service is still active.

2. If yes, try your SIM in another phone to see if it is working.

Morning everyone.

just looking for some help, I woke up this morning to my IPhone 5s constantly searching for service. I’ve tried restarting my phone, switching in and out of Airplane mode and even removing the SIM card. No luck.

any advice?

Sounds like a phone problem to me. Try reseating the SIM card.

You can try it in an android too. Don't let apple loyalty slow you down.

Put my SIM card into two different iPhone 5’s and it picked up the network instantly. So I’d assume it’s my phone

Be sure to backup before doing so. If no joy, it's off to the repair shop. I believe the Apple store will evaluate your phone for no charge up front.
