@Ballinb_, What is the message/error. Generally, for voucher not being accepted inthe portal, I would suggest you try running your browser in Privacy/Incognito mode. Also, you can try another browser (also in privacy/incognito mode)

It’s saying the voucher isn’t valid.. and the store I got it from is telling me to contact public mobile
