Signed up on 23/04/2019. At the end of the day I checked my data history and it said I used 19 MB. Under the data used section it said I used 58.678 MB. Which is correct?

The amount showing in your self serve account - click on view my usage to see amount used and remaing limit.

On your phone, do you have the data usage view narrowed to a specific narrower time range?

@abbeylee, what data history are you looking at? Is it the one on your phone, or are you looking at the usage history in the My Account module?

Do you send a lot of MMS? You need data to send MMS, and your device may be recording this amount, but it's zero-rated (not counted) on Public Mobile. This may be the difference.
