And you want to keep the number you currently have with another provider? You can call your provider and ask them to tell you the SIM number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have an iPhone, to get your SIM number you can go to Setting --&amp;gt; General --&amp;gt; About and the ICCID is your SIM number&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a big problem, my old phone can't read that I have a sim card in it, and it's broken so I can't get the sim card out. which means I cannot create an account that requires me to receive a text message. it means I can't cancel the plan too, and I really want to keep my phone number. I need help from a moderator so I can transfer to a new sim card, but I don't how how often they even log in. I'm not sure what else I can do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/82550"&gt;@Whichways&lt;/a&gt;If you go to My Account in the top right corner you can create an account using just your email and Public Mobile phone number, if you have already registered and have a plan you shouldn't need your SIM to create an account. Then you can buy a new SIM card instore and use your account to change it from the SIM you currently have.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Except when you put in those informations, it gives you a text of a 6 digit pin, which I cannot receive the text because my phone doesn't recognize a sim card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
