Hi again,

I wasnt very clear before. If I started my plan 2 days ago and paid $38.00 and then I decide to swith my plan it asks for the full payment of 120.00 but I already paid 38.00. Do I have to pay that full amount if I am interrupting a plan, should I wait thil the renewal date? Just wondering how it all works.

Thanks Ben

It will charge you for the full amount and you will forefeit your remaining time you have already paid for. Best would be to wait to renewal if you can wait. You can also message a mod and they may make an exception and let you renew with the $38 you already paid.
