      <title>My email isn't working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I previously got to the payment page but my credit card would get refused. I tried going on incognito mode as per the instructions but now I'm told that the self serve username i entered is not available. Is it because I created an account?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And on incognito mode it's yes better.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
