    <description>&lt;P&gt;Incoming issues are often related to port-in issues. The moderators will looking at this for&amp;nbsp;you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, the behaviour "&lt;EM&gt;People have to make a 2nd try before they can reach me."&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;is exactly what happens when Do Not Disturb has been activated. Settings &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Do Not Disturb &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Manual ON or OFF.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Data doesn't work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm using IphoneX. I noticed these days that i had trouble accessing internet&amp;nbsp;via data. i also have a problem receiving text messages. Another&amp;nbsp;problem is that, when people call me, the calls directly go into my voice mail without me be notified.&amp;nbsp;People have to make a 2nd try before they can reach me. As i haven't been constantly testing it, i dont know how long these problems&amp;nbsp;had lasted and how many calls and text messages i have missed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't have a problem making a call or sending a text.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need these problems solved quickly because i will be on a road trip soon and will heavily rely on data when i'm on the road. I dont want to have to purchase additional data plan when i already&amp;nbsp;paid a plan that suppose to work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
